Bund SOHO not only inherits the neo-classical architecture styles, but also demonstrates the vibrant commercial vitality of the Bund, marking gorgeous transition from the old to the new Bund.
Bund SOHO is a mixed-use landmark urban development, comprising offices, commerce and entertainment, enjoys superior location and splendid views of the Huangpu River. It will be a real international street which not only belongs to people working and living here but also those coming here for sightseeing.

Design Concept

Bund SOHO is designed by German GMP Architecture. The project is composed by several high and low office buildings and commercial buildings, creating a small vivid urban square. Several public gathering spaces in different sizes and forms are arranged along the east - west outdoor commercial shopping street, forming a vibrant commercial pedestrian. The design concept of Bund SOHO is inspired by the typical bar-shaped 'LI NONG', the narrow streets grids, and the vertical stone facades of the old Bund buildings. The inheritance and salute to the traditional Chinese culture and old Bund buildings, the openness and tolerance of a futuristic and prospective international street emerges while meandering along Bund SOHO.
